Refunds
Refunds for products are services sometimes are available depending on the nature of the payment/purchase. Requests for refunds should be made to the department from which the service or product was purchased via the contact information provided at time of purchase. When in doubt, please email [email protected] or call 818-506-1091 and ask for the business office.
Once your request for refund is received, we will evaluate your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner (our processors often take 10-14 days to fully process refunds), please check your bank account or credit card again. If the refund still hasn't posted, please contact us at [email protected].
