The Bridges Academy Parent Association mission is ...
  • To encourage and organize parent volunteer opportunities
  • To support fundraising through our two major annual events, Gala and Walk-A-Thon
  • To foster community-building through non-fundraising activities such as the Halloween Carnival, teacher appreciation events, monthly meetings, and more
  • To raise awareness in our respective and personal and professional communities about Bridges' important mission in educating twice-exceptional (2e) students
  • To support the local community via annual charitable drives for food, blankets, clothing, books, etc.
As parents of Bridges Academy students, all of us are automatically members of the PA. We achieve our mission when we work together. There is a place for each person's time, talent, and treasure, we value it all!

Past Parent Association Events

Halloween Carnival 
The Bridges Community Halloween Carnival is our first community-building event of the year, a ton of fun, and a great way to get to know other families through volunteering and socializing. Entrance fee is low and solely covers the cost of the event. Bring your whole family!

Decathlon
Our Decathlon is a fabulous day filled with fun games, teamwork across all divisions — including students and staff — and friendly competition in wacky events. Stay tuned for more details and our volunteer signup sheet, which will make it easier than ever to get involved, make new friends, and raise money for our amazing school!

Gala and Auction 
Bridges' Annual Gala and Auction is an adult-only evening event full of fun with friends. It is our biggest party/fundraiser of the year and an event you don't want to miss! Alumni, relatives, neighbors - everyone is invited. Save the date now!
