Bridges Academy offers after-school care for Phoenix and middle school students. Please see below for details and guidelines regarding this program.

2023-2024 After Care Program
Phoenix & Middle School: located in the Phoenix STEM Lab

All children must be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. A charge of $15 for every 15 minutes over 5:30 p.m. will be billed to your account. Repeated late pick-ups will result in withdrawal of After Care privileges. By 5:30 p.m., your child AND our staff are ready to go home.
The rate for After Care is $12.00 per hour per child and is not prorated for partial hours. Hourly charges are invoiced to the family’s account at the beginning of the following month.
When you use a monthly plan and pay for the month in full, the rate is $10.00 per hour.

Phoenix & Middle School: located in the Phoenix STEM Lab
- After Care is an after-school program which is charged on an hourly basis.
- Please notify the appropriate division office manager by 11 a.m. if your child will attend After Care. Email addresses are as follows:
Middle School: Maham.Ali@bridges.edu
- Phoenix students on campus after 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday will be sent to After Care. On Fridays, after 2:15 p.m. students will be sent to After Care.
- Middle School students on campus after 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday will be sent to After Care. On Fridays, after 2:30 p.m. students will be sent to After Care.
- After Care pick up will take place outside the Phoenix Multipurpose Room near the admin lawn.
- If a person NOT on your child’s emergency form will occasionally pick up your child, please email the appropriate Division Director and Kevin Slee, After-School Programs Coordinator (kevin.slee@bridges.edu).
- Photo ID is required for pick ups.
- Students are signed in and out with the After Care instructor. A full legal and legible signature is required with time in/out. Failure to sign out your child(ren) will result in maximum daily After Care charges until 5:30 p.m.
- Students staying after school for fee-based classes are not charged for After Care unless they are not picked up when the class is dismissed.
- High School students who remain on campus past 3:45 p.m. may not do so unsupervised. There is an opportunity for HS students to fill a leadership position with After Care. For more information, contact Kevin Slee, After-School Programs Coordinator (kevin.slee@bridges.edu).
