The 2e Center for Research and Professional Development hosted its second biennial symposium, entitled “Vision and Leadership in 2e Education," on October 13-14, 2017, at the Garland in North Hollywood, CA., and Bridges Academy in Studio City, CA. 6 p.m.: Dinner honoring pioneers in the field with induction into the 2e Hall of Fame. Honorees include Lois Baldwin, Linda E. Brody, Mary Ruth Coleman, L. Dennis Higgins, C. June Maker, M. Elizabeth Nielsen, and Joanne Whitmore Schwartz. These four tools are proven to help identify strengths, styles, talents, and interests of students, and then integrate this information into decision making about curriculum and instruction to engage and encourage 2e students.
