Dr. Scott Barry Kaufman spoke at UCLA on Feb. 25

The Bridges 2e Center for Research and Professional Development was pleased to present noted psychologist, speaker, and author Dr. Scott Barry Kaufman as featured speaker at a luncheon on the UCLA campus on February 25, 2020.
Dr. Kaufman, author or editor of such influential works as Ungifted: Intelligence Redefined; Wired to Create: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Creative Mind; and Twice Exceptional: Supporting and Educating Bright and Creative Students with Learning Difficulties, discussed his upcoming book on self-actualization and his extensive work in the growing field of cognitive diversity.
Kaufman explored "Maslow 2.0: The Hierarchy of Needs, Redefined," expanding on Abraham Maslow's work and integrating new scientific findings, including Kaufman’s own research on creativity, love, personality, and well-being.
